After having successfully installed 2 PoleLed units in front of the head office of IKEA Nederland B.V. in Amsterdam we can proudly announce that PoleLed is assigned to provide all of the Dutch IKEA branches with the PoleLed lighting unit. At this moment all of the flag poles of the branches in Duiven, Eindhoven, and Hengelo already have the PoleLed Extended unit installed.
At the other 9 locations the flags (5 by 2 meters) are currently still being illuminated by using spot lights. These spot lights use a lot more energy and can also only illuminate the flag from one side. By installing the energy efficient PoleLed Extended unit the flag will be illuminated 360 degrees. The flag is always fully illuminated.
